Our anniversary starts Saturday, May 6th, and lasts until Sunday, May 14th. There will be ONE release PER DAY. That's the plan.
And I can confidently say that we are absolutely not ready :D I'm very late on lots of the projects, but I really hope to make it!

Expect lots of doujins anyway.

Don't stress too much about not having _everything_ ready. If Unless they are things you would not release outside of the anniversary, don't worry -- if you don't do it during the anniversary, you'll have a bit of a buffer if a planned release slips with some substitute material ready to go.
