I'm quite confused...
so Nii-san is brother of Shinobu? a close brother or distant brother?
And this Nii-san already married and have a son named Kauzomi? his wife?

Oh, sorry if I wasn't clear, there have been lots of flashbacks these last chapters...

Nii-san (Masaki), is the real older brother of Shinobu, they were born from the same parents.
Masaki raised little Shinobu when their parents died.

Masaki ended up marrying Reiko and moved to her family's appartment complex, where her brother lives as well (that's Micchi).
Masaki and Reiko have a child, Kazuomi.

So to sum up: Masaki is Shinobu's Nii-san and Shinobu is Kazuomi's uncle :)
